The FFA is intensifying its collaboration with businesses to enhance the quality of education.

On the morning of September 20, 2023, the leadership of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, along with representatives from the School's Business Relations Department, visited businesses that host student interns. The purpose of this visit was to strengthen the relationship between the university and businesses, while also improving the quality of education and employment opportunities for students.

The businesses participating in the event included Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Dong Nai Branch, Rubber Footwear Joint Stock Company, MM Mega Market Vietnam Co., Ltd. - Bien Hoa Branch, and An Duc Accounting Software and Tax Agency Co., Ltd. The main purpose of this event was to visit and listen to the assessments and opinions of businesses regarding the internship process for students and gain a better understanding of the industry trends.

Listening to Business Assessments: The university and department aim to specifically understand how businesses evaluate student interns. This helps improve the training process and ensures that students are well-prepared for the job market.

Creating Employment Opportunities for Students: Based on the feedback from businesses, the university can adjust its training programs and equip students with the necessary skills to help them find suitable employment opportunities in their fields upon graduation.

Implementing Recruitment Initiatives: The visit also discussed the implementation of postgraduate programs, bachelor's degrees, and collaboration with businesses. This ensures that businesses have an adequate pool of qualified personnel to meet the demands of the job market.

Following the event, the university and Faculty of Finance and Accounting have collected valuable information from businesses, which will assist in making necessary adjustments. This collaboration reflects our commitment to the development of students and a strong relationship with businesses.
