The program “Meeting with Associations, Faculty-Level Enterprise Advisory Board, and Alumni for Semester 1 of the 2023–2024 Academic Year” was successfully held at Room B203 – Campus 1, Lac Hong University, on 11 January 2024, marking a significant event for the Faculty of Administration International Economics. The enthusiastic participation of associations, members of the enterprise advisory board at the faculty level, and alumni created a vibrant and meaningful atmosphere for this gathering.

The meeting was organized through discussions, dialogues, and experience-sharing among participants. This was a valuable opportunity for associations, the advisory board, and alumni to meet and exchange information. Through experience sharing and feedback, members made important contributions to the development of the faculty’s training programs, goals, and plans for Semester 2 of the 2023–2024 Academic Year, meeting societal needs and aligning with the student body currently studying at the Faculty of Administration International Economics.

During the meeting, participants had the opportunity to discuss challenges and opportunities as well as exchange views on emerging trends in training fields. With their knowledge and experience, the associations and advisory board offered valuable suggestions to improve the faculty’s programs, activities, and training efforts to better meet contemporary societal demands.

Notably, the participation of alumni provided deep insights into real-world conditions and industry changes. They shared stories of success and failure from their careers, offering valuable advice and guidance to current students. These contributions not only helped students gain a clearer understanding of post-graduation directions but also inspired and motivated younger students.

This meeting created an open and creative space for the faculty’s training disciplines, where representatives reported on their programs and activities throughout Semester 1 of the 2023–2024 Academic Year.

Additionally, this event also provided opportunities for enterprise units and Lac Hong University to build strategic partnerships. Cooperation between the university and enterprises not only benefits both parties but also creates favorable conditions for students in job seeking and career development. At the event, the faculty signed cooperation agreements with three units:
Dong Nai Provincial Post Office;
E Skills Co., Ltd.;
Penguin Travel Services Joint Stock Company.
The program “Meeting with Associations, Faculty-Level Enterprise Advisory Board, and Alumni for Semester 1 of the 2023–2024 Academic Year” brought significant success and meaning to both Lac Hong University and the student community. We hope that the success of this program will continue to spread and create more opportunities for students in the future. It was not just a meeting but an important step in building a bridge between the Faculty of Administration International Economics, Lac Hong University, enterprises, faculty members and students, and across generations of students. Together, we can build a better learning and working environment where students can grow and succeed in their careers.
