The Faculty proactively initiated contact, visited, and worked with Thai Loan Tourism Company to enable students of the Tourism and Travel Management major under the Faculty of Business Administration - International Economics to acquire practical professional knowledge, develop soft skills, learn how to plan their work, manage time, cultivate professional manners, adapt to corporate environments and cultures, enhance teamwork and independent working skills, handle work pressure, integrate into the community, and develop personal competencies.

Thai Loan Tourism Company is a dynamic working environment aligned with industry requirements, serving as an ideal venue for practical experience where students can further develop the major they are currently pursuing.

During the discussion between the University and the enterprise, orientations for cooperation and development were addressed. Modern education requires that theory be combined with practice and meet practical demands, with the objective of forming and developing learners’ practical competencies. In some cases, practice must outweigh theory to enable learners to gain authentic experiences and real-world exposure.

In implementing training objectives, programs, and development strategies for the mutual benefit of both parties, this linkage provides FAIE, Lac Hong University with additional conditions to enhance training quality and produce graduates who have gained practical experience. From the enterprise’s perspective, it can leverage a stable and high-quality human resource pool. The cooperation aims for long-term collaboration, delivering outputs aligned with practical requirements and meeting labor market demands, thereby helping enterprises improve human resource quality and establish competitive advantages in the market.

The working session holds important significance in improving training quality and helping graduates of Tourism and Travel Management quickly adapt to the market.
