On the morning of March 31, 2025, approximately 150 first- and second-year students majoring in Business Administration from the Faculty of Management – International Economics, Lac Hong University, along with faculty lecturers, participated in a meaningful field trip and practicum at MobiFone Dong Nai. This practical activity played an important role in helping students enhance their professional knowledge, develop soft skills, and strengthen connections with the business community.

Exploring the Operational Model and Digital Transformation Trends
During the visit, students learned about MobiFone’s business operations model—one of the pioneering telecommunications enterprises in Vietnam. The company’s leadership shared insights into how modern technology and digital transformation trends are applied to optimize customer service and develop digital products. This knowledge enabled Business Administration students to connect classroom theory with real-world practice, particularly in areas such as strategic management and the digital economy.
Practical Exchange with Company Leadership
A highlight of the program was the direct discussion session with MobiFone Dong Nai’s leadership team. Students not only listened to real-life stories about business operations but also had the opportunity to ask questions regarding collaborator policies, internship opportunities, and recruitment processes. The leaders provided detailed answers, offering students a clearer understanding of career pathways in telecommunications and management, thereby helping them better orient their future goals.

Enhancing Soft Skills Through Practical Experience
The practicum provided not only knowledge but also an opportunity for students to refine essential soft skills. Through discussions, questioning, and listening to leadership insights, students improved their communication skills, critical thinking, and information-processing abilities. These core competencies help Business Administration students build a strong foundation to confidently enter the global labor market.
