    The factors affecting individual customer satisfaction with E-banking services by commercial banks in Dong Nai province

    ABSTRACT:

    This study considers factors affecting customer satisfaction on E-Banking services, to develop E-Banking services in the next time. The study uses data of 432 individual customers using E-Banking services of commercial banks in Dong Nai province. The study results showed that 62.9% of the variation in individual customer satisfaction about E-Banking services of commercial banks in Dong Nai province was analyzed by 6 factors: Efficiency (HQ), Confidentiality (BM), Responsiveness (DU), Assurance (BD), Empathy (DC), Privilege (UD)
