Factors affecting the decision to use credit cards for e-commerce transactions of VCB East Dong Nai Branch’s individual customers

ABSTRACT:

This study aimed at determining the factors affecting the decision to use credit cards for e-commerce transactions of individual customers who are using credit cards issued by the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam East Dong Nai Branch (VCB East Dong Nai Branch). The study’s data was by surveying 355 VCB East Dong Nai Branch’s individual customers who have used credit cards. The study’s Binary logistic regression results show that these following factors, including policies of the bank, consumer attitude, usefulness, convenience, cost, and cashless payment trend all have positive impacts on the decision to use credit cards for e-commerce transactions of VCB East Dong Nai Branch’s individual customers.
