On July 28, 2025, the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies at Lac Hong University held a university-level doctoral dissertation defense in the field of Business Administration for Ph.D. candidate Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao.

The defense panel consisted of leading experts in Business Administration, including: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Lam, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ho Thi Thu Hoa, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quyet Thang, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Duy Phuong, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Canh Chi Hoang, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thanh Tiep, and Dr. Tran Hoang Minh.

During the defense, Phuong Thao presented her research findings persuasively and in detail, highlighting significant contributions to the field of Business Administration with her dissertation titled: “Factors Influencing Work Motivation and Employee Loyalty: A Study of Enterprises in Dong Nai Province.”

This event marked not only an important academic milestone in Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao’s doctoral journey but also reflected Lac Hong University’s strong commitment to enhancing the quality of postgraduate education.
