On July 29, 2025, the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies at Lac Hong University conducted a faculty-level doctoral dissertation defense in the Business Administration programme for Ph.D. candidate Dinh Van Quang.

The defense panel was composed of distinguished experts in the field of Business Administration, including: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Lam, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hai Quang, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Dang Khoa, Dr. Nguyen Van Tan, and Dr. Nguyen Thi Bach Tuyet.

During the defense, candidate Dinh Van Quang presented his research findings in detail, with particular emphasis on his innovative contributions to the field through the dissertation titled: “The Impact of Leader-Member Exchange and Organizational Support on Employee Job Performance in Hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City.”
