Faculty-Level Doctoral Dissertation Defense Committee Business Administration Programme – Ph.D. Candidate: Vy Vu Hong Thao

On August 2, 2025, at the meeting room of Campus 1, the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies, Lac Hong University, held the Faculty-Level Doctoral Dissertation Defense Committee for the Business Administration programme to assess the doctoral dissertation of Ph.D. candidate Vy Vu Hong Thao.

During the defense, Ph.D. candidate Vy Vu Hong Thao delivered a comprehensive presentation of her research findings, with particular emphasis on the innovative contributions of her dissertation titled:
“The Impact of Transformational Leadership on Leader–Employee Relationships and Employee Job Performance: The Case of Small and Medium Enterprises in Dong Nai.”

The defense not only marked a major academic milestone for the candidate but also reaffirmed Lac Hong University’s strong commitment to enhancing the quality of its postgraduate training.
