In order to strengthen practice-oriented training and provide career orientation for students, on March 27, 2026, the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, Lac Hong University, successfully organized a workshop entitled “Customer Relationship Specialist – A Gateway to Your Future Career” at Room B203, Campus 1.

The workshop featured Mr. Nguyen Van Viet, Director of HDBank Buu Long, who delivered practical insights into the role of a Customer Relationship Specialist—one of the professions currently in high demand in the finance and banking sector.

During the session, the speaker provided a comprehensive analysis of the role of customer relationship specialists in banking operations, while emphasizing the core competencies that students need to develop, including communication, consultation, customer care, needs analysis, and the ability to build sustainable client relationships. In addition, practical experiences related to recruitment processes and professional work environments were shared, enabling students to gain a clearer understanding of labor market expectations.

A highlight of the workshop was the interactive discussion between the speaker and students. Numerous questions regarding career orientation, required competencies, and employment opportunities in the banking sector were addressed in detail, fostering a dynamic and engaging learning atmosphere.

Through this activity, students not only gained updated practical knowledge but also had the opportunity to clarify their career pathways, enhance their professional skills, and build confidence as they prepare to enter the labor market. This also demonstrates the effectiveness of Lac Hong University’s educational model, which emphasizes industry engagement, practice-based learning, and the development of global competencies.

The regular organization of workshops with industry participation contributes to creating a dynamic and practice-oriented learning environment, while expanding career opportunities for students from an early stage. At the same time, it reinforces Lac Hong University’s attractiveness in student recruitment, particularly in the fields of Finance and Banking, Accounting, and applied economic disciplines, which are in high demand in the context of global integration and digital transformation.
