Webinar "Early identification of mental health crises"

Are you experiencing prolonged stress and fatigue, or noticing unusual emotional changes in yourself or in friends around you?

This program, organized by the School Psychology and Counseling Team of LHU, is designed to support students’ mental well-being. Through the webinar, participants will:

  • - Early identify common signs of mental health crises in academic and daily life;

  • - Gain a proper understanding of psychological crises to avoid misunderstanding, complacency, or stigma;

  • - Develop skills for listening, sharing, and supporting friends facing mental health difficulties;

  • - Learn how to care for their own mental well-being and seek timely support when needed;

  • - Contribute to building a safe, positive, and humane educational environment.
